KOMPAS.TV - Akademisi Hukum Tata Negara Feri Amsari menanggapi kebijakan rumah pensiun bagi mantan presiden. Menurutnya, kebijakan itu tidak wajar meski regulasinya telah mengakomodasi fasilitas itu.
Bagi Feri, seorang pejabat negara yang telah menyelesaikan masa bakti telah selesai dengan urusan kebutuhan pribadinya.
"Pada dasarnya rumah bagi mantan presiden sesuatu yang tidak wajar sebab logika dan dalam batas penalaran yang wajar seorang mantan presiden sudah selesai dengan berbagai urusan terkait kebutuhan mereka terhadap perumahan." Ujar Feri Amsari dalam keterangannya pada (06/07/24).
Feri mengatakan, pengadaan rumah mantan presiden yang sudah menjadi ketentuan sejak era SBY lebih mahal biayanya di era Jokowi.
"Dan sayangnya ini sudah menjadi ketentuan sejak era Pak SBY yang dilanjutkan dengan lebih berbiaya mahal di era Presiden Joko Widodo." Lanjut Feri Amsari.
"Tentu saja konsekuensinya adalah negara akan menyediakan anggaran lebih besar untuk mantan presiden berikut-berikutnya dan kita sendiri mengetahui bahwa problematika ini tentu adalah problematika kebutuhan seorang mantan presiden dilayani oleh negara." Kata Feri Amsari.
