Serangan kali ini menghantam Kota Haifa di pesisir utara dan sejumlah lokasi di bagian tengah dan selatan.
Militer Israel (IDF) mendeteksi ada 25 rudal yang ditembakkan oleh Iran.
Serangan di Haifa melukai sejumlah orang, termasuk seorang remaja berusia 16 tahun.
Video yang beredar di X menunjukkan sebuah rudal jatuh di antara gedung-gedung pencakar langit.
Ledakan keras yang ditimbulkan membuat warga Israel berteriak histeris.
Video tersebut telah dikonfirmasi kebenarannya oleh media pemerintah Iran, Tasnim.
Selain di Haifa, rudal juga menghantam sejumlah lokasi termasuk di Tel Aviv dan Beersheeba.
Serangan ini menandai ketegangan Israel-Iran semakin meningkat.
Pihak berwenang Israel mengatakan sedikitnya 25 orang tewas dan ratusan lainnya terluka sejak perang dimulai Jumat (13/6/2025).
Sementara itu, di Iran, 639 orang tewas dan lebih dari 1.300 orang terluka.
