Materiale che dovrà essere esaminato dal legale al quale toccherà valutare, entro 30 giorni, se opporsi alla richiesta di archiviazione firmata dalla pm Christine von Borries. Poi il gip dovrà decidere se archiviare. In ogni caso le indagini potranno sempre essere aperte in un futuro anche prossimo. «Sicuramente la Procura ha fatto di tutto per cercare i responsabili della scomparsa della mia bambina - prosegue Katherine - capirò leggendo gli atti, se sono state approfondite anche le segnalazioni che avevo fatto.
