這一集，我會從沉沒成本談到決定與策略，陪你重新思考：為什麼沒有策略的決定，容易變成不能反悔的宣誓？什麼樣的思考只是延後行動？我們又該如何設定投入上限、檢查時間與退出條件，讓自己有能力開始，也有能力停下來？

決定要小，策略要大。決定讓事情開始，策略讓你知道怎麼前進、如何調整，以及什麼時候可以退出。
