KPK Ungkap Wamennaker Immanuel Ebenezer Ditangkap Berawal dari 'Nyanyian' Irvian Bobby Mahendro

Nama Noel muncul setelah penyidik menangkap Irvian Bobby Mahendro, ASN Kemnaker yang disebut otak pemerasan sertifikat Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3).
Dari hasil pemeriksaan, Irvian menyebut Noel sebagai salah satu penerima dana.
Berdasarkan informasi itu, KPK kemudian menetapkan 11 tersangka, termasuk Immanuel Ebenezer.
Penangkapan Noel dilakukan pada Kamis (21/8/2025) dini hari di rumah dinasnya, Pancoran, Jakarta Selatan.
Penindakan ini bermula dari OTT terhadap Irvian Bobby.
Menurut Setyo, Irvian menyebut ada aliran dana Rp3 miliar dan satu unit motor Scrambler Ducati yang diterima Noel.
"Saat IBM ditangkap, yang pertama disebut menerima, IEG (Immanuel Ebenezer Gerungan)," kata Setyo kepada Tribunnews.com, Sabtu (23/8/2025).
Keterangan ini diperkuat dengan analisis PPATK mengenai transaksi mencurigakan.
Hal itu membuat KPK yakin untuk menahan Noel.
Dalam kasus ini, Irvian disebut sebagai aktor utama dengan keuntungan hingga Rp69 miliar dari total Rp81 miliar dana haram sejak 2019.
Uang tersebut dipakai untuk gaya hidup mewah, termasuk membeli mobil dan rumah.
