With 15 years of experience in HR and leadership development across banking, FMCG, technology, and energy, Beyza helps leaders and teams foster a culture of psychological safety, trust, feedback, and recognition, creating workplaces where people feel valued, engaged, and empowered.
She holds a degree in Psychology from Boğaziçi University, an MBA, and has completed the Artificial Intelligence program at Oxford University’s Saïd Business School. Beyza is the co-founder of Feedback & Beyond and a certified facilitator of Google’s I Am Remarkable program.
