Anak Rico Sempurna Lapor ke Komnas HAM dan KPAI Hari Ini
Berupaya mencari titik terang atas kasus kematian keluarganya, Eva Pasaribu mendatangi kantor Komnas HAM di Jakarta, pada Senin pagi.Anak jurnalis Tribrata TV, Rico Sempurna Pasaribu, yang tewas bersama istri dan 2 anggota keluarga lainnya di Karo, Sumatera Utara, ini menuntut keadilan, karena menduga ada keterlibatan oknum TNI dalam peristiwa itu.
Eva berharap Komnas HAM dapat segera memeriksa pihak-pihak terkait.
Pasalnya memasuki hari ke-18 pascakejadian, ia belum mendapatkan kejelasan, baik dari segi hasil uji forensik resmi, barang bukti, serta motif di balik kematian keluarganya.
Selain ke Komnas HAM, Eva didampingi kuasa hukumnya dari LBH Medan, dan Komite Keselamatan Jurnalis mengadukan kasusnya ke Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia (KPAI).
