La vicenda risale alla notte tra il 16 e il 17 luglio 2019, in Costa Smeralda, nella villa della famiglia Grillo. La presunta vittima, una ragazza all’epoca diciannovenne, ha denunciato di essere stata violentata ripetutamente. Nel corso delle indagini, durate quasi due anni, è emersa anche una seconda presunta vittima.Dopo interrogatori, perizie e rinvii, il 26 novembre 2021 i quattro imputati vengono rinviati a giudizio con l’accusa di violenza sessuale. Le udienze, a porte chiuse, hanno visto la deposizione di decine di testimoni e momenti di forte tensione emotiva.Il 1° luglio scorso il procuratore Capasso ha chiesto 9 anni di reclusione per ciascun imputato.
