4. Tolakkan kaki yang menempel pada dinding kolam sampai tubuh terdorong ke depan.
5. Kepala berada di antara lengan saat di dalam air, posisi tubuh di atas permukaan air.
6. Saat meluncur, tubuh bergerak lurus ke depan. Biarkan sampai ia berhenti melaju.
