Rachel Simpson - Product Designer @ Freelance
Rachel is a Freelance Product Designer for startups and tech companies. After spending 8 years building Chrome and Search at Google, she was Director of UX at UK EdTech Unicorn Multiverse, and Founding Designer at London AI software generation Startup Tessl. Her clients also include Seth Godin, BMW/DriveNow, Microsoft AI Health, and Doctors without Borders.

Ben Cook - Product Director @ NHS England
Ben is a Product Leader at NHS England, where he is shaping the product strategy for two of the UK's most critical digital health platforms – the NHS App and NHS.UK - at a time when the NHS is looking to use technology to radically transform how it cares for its patients.

With a decade of product leadership experience, Ben specialises in driving digital transformation from within large, complex organisations – including British Airways and Air New Zealand. He brings deep expertise in how to navigate the regulatory constraints, legacy systems, and stakeholder complexity that defines product delivery in established institutions.
