นายโสภณ ซารัมย์ ประธานรัฐสภา ให้สัมภาษณ์กรณีที่ นายณัฐพงษ์ เรืองปัญญาวุฒิ ผู้นำฝ่ายค้านในสภาผู้แทนราษฎร และพรรคร่วมฝ่ายค้าน เตรียมยื่นหนังสือต่อประธานสภาผู้แทนราษฎร เพื่อร้องเรียนการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเจ้าหน้าที่คณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติ (ป.ป.ช.) ในคดีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับนายศักดิ์สยาม ชิดชอบ ว่า เขายังไม่ยื่นมาตนเองยังตอบไม่ได้ ต้องรอเขายื่นมาก่อนเมื่อถามว่าจะมีการพิจารณาเบื้องต้นหรือไม่ว่าจะมีการรับไว้ นายโสภณ กล่าวว่า เรื่องรับหนังสือต้องรับไว้อยู่แล้ว แต่ว่าให้เขายื่นมาก่อนแล้วค่อยดูในเนื้อหา
นอกจากนี้ ยังให้สัมภาษณ์ถึงกรณีร่างแก้ไขและรัฐธรรมนูญของพรรคเพื่อไทย หากมีการยื่นต่อประธานรัฐสภาล่าช้า จะมีการเลื่อนวาระการประชุมจากกำหนดการเดิมออกไปหรือไม่ นายโสภณ กล่าวว่า ไม่ทราบ อยู่ที่สมาชิกสภา ประธานมีหน้าที่บรรจุวาระ ถ้าสมาชิกพร้อมก็สามารถมาพิจารณาได้ ถ้าเราอยากเห็นการแก้ไขเป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อยรวดเร็วก็ต้องคุยกันให้เข้าใจกัน พูดคุยกัน ใช้เวทีในการพูดคุยหารือกัน
