Netanyahu mengecam keras pernyataan Perdana Menteri Inggris Keir Starmer yang menyabut bakal mengakui Palestina sebagai negara.
Dilansir dari Sky News, kecaman itu disampaikan oleh Netanyahu melalui akun X-nya pada Selasa (29/7).
Netanyahu mengatakan langkah Inggris mengakui Palestina sebagai sebuah negara bakal menguntungkan Hamas.
Menurut Netanyahu pengakuan Palestina sebagai negara sama saja dengan memberikan hadiah atas aksi terorisme yang dilakukan Hamas.
"Starmer memberi hadiah atas terorisme Hamas dan menghukum para korbannya," tulis Netanyahu di platform X.
Kecaman Netanyahu itu disampaikan seusai Starmer menegaskan bahwa Inggris berencana akan mengakui negara Palestina.
Pengakuan terhadap negara Palestinan itu akan dilakukan sebelum Sidang Majelis Umum PBB pada September mendatang.
Pengakuan itu akan dilakukan jika Israel terus memblokir bantuan kemanusiaan yang masuk ke Gaza dan terus melancarkan operasi militernya. (Tribun-Video.com)
