Welcome back! In this project, we are taking on an ambitious DIY motorcycle build: designing, fabricating, and mounting custom touring luggage (side panniers and a top box) with an integrated passenger backrest.

From 3D CAD modeling and CNC laser cutting to sheet metal bending, precision drilling, and custom rack welding, every step was crafted from scratch to ensure durability and an exact fit. We also focused heavily on functional detailing—applying structural sealants to make every corner waterproof, testing out electrostatic powder coating, adding adjustable clamping latches, and lining the interior with custom foam and velvet for sound insulation and scratch protection.

سلام دوستان! در این قسمت رفتیم سراغ یکی از جذاب‌ترین و چالش‌برانگیزترین پروژه‌های ساخت و تیونینگ موتورسیکلت: طراحی، ساخت و نصب باکس‌های مسافرتی (ساید باکس‌ها و تاپ باکس وسط) همراه با تکیه‌گاه مخصوص سرنشین عقب.

تمام مراحل این پروژه—از طراحی دقیق پایه‌ها روی لپ‌تاپ و برش لیزری قطعات گرفته تا خم‌کاری‌های میلی‌متری فلز، پرچ‌کاری، جوشکاری رَک و اتصال شاسی کمکی—به‌صورت کاملاً دست‌ساز و اختصاصی در کارگاه انجام شد. برای اینکه باکس‌ها برای مسافرت‌های طولانی و شرایط بارانی کاملاً کاربردی باشند، تمام درزها عایق‌بندی و ضدآب (واترپروف) شدند، پایه‌های مستحکم رنگ الکترواستاتیک خوردند و داخل باکس‌ها با فوم و روکش مخملی جهت جلوگیری از سر و صدا و ضربه عایق شد. در نهایت هم به همراه علی رفتیم سراغ تست سواری دو نفره تا لرزش شاسی، تقسیم وزن و ارگونومی تکیه‌گاه را روی جاده بررسی کنیم!
