(LaPresse) Nicole Formichetti, tra i fermati per l'omicidio di Fabio Colapietro, non ha risposto alle domande durante l'interrogatorio per l'udienza di convalida «non per cattiva volontà, ma perché non era in grado di farlo». Lo dice l'avvocato Alessandro Bellina che, con la collega Chiara Romano, difende la professoressa 46enne, coinvolta nell'omicidio del 39enne che, dopo essere stato ammazzato, è stato fatto a pezzi, nascosto in sacchi neri e secchi pieni di cemento. «Un primo ingresso in carcere è scioccante per cui già solo questo incide - ha affermato -. Verrà sicuramente vista da operatori del carcere che valuteranno le sue condizioni». «Valuteremo con l'ufficio della Procura di fare un interrogatorio quando sarà in grado di poterlo fare», ha sottolineato l'avvocata Romano.
