Prevede il bagaglio a mano gratuito fino a 40x30x15 centimetri e il rimborso entro sette giorni, con il voucher che non potrà più essere imposto. Le norme saranno applicabili dal 23 ottobre 2027. Ne ha parlato ad Astrea il direttore Diritti del Passeggero di #ENAC, Mark De Laurentiis.
Un anno di transizione
Fino all’applicazione del regolamento restano valide le regole attuali, e la struttura di vigilanza dell’ente prosegue il suo lavoro. “Tra l’altro possiamo contare anche su più di 100 ispettori dislocati presso gli aeroporti italiani”, sottolinea De Laurentiis, per il quale in questa fase è decisiva la corretta informazione ai passeggeri.
Sulle possibili contromosse delle compagnie low cost, che potrebbero ritoccare le tariffe base, la risposta è netta: “Ci proveranno sicuramente a trovare qualche nuovo escamotage, qualche nuovo espediente, però diciamo che una volta entrata in vigore la norma è chiaro che dovranno necessariamente conformarsi, pena l’irrogazione delle sanzioni di cui ENAC appunto ha la titolarità in questo caso.” Il direttore richiama poi il regolamento 1008/2008 sulla trasparenza dei prezzi: “Le compagnie aeree sono obbligate, questo già da tempo, a illustrare, a rappresentare in modo chiaro, trasparente e diretto tutte le componenti di costo che vanno a comporre poi il prezzo finale del biglietto.”
