Банковский кризис в РФ набирает обороты на фоне роста дефицита бюджета до 6,5 трлн руб. за первые 7 месяцев 2026 года. РФ не имеет возможности привлекать финансирование из-за границы, поэтому все размещения ОФЗ проходят на внутреннем рынке и покупают их в принудительном порядке российские банки, которых скрыто финансирует Банк России через сделки РЕПО. Эти факторы максимально повторяют историю 1991 года, когда тогда еще советские граждане потеряли на сберкнижках 369 млрд руб., которые сегодня оцениваются в 67 трлн руб. А текущие вклады россиян в банках также составляют 67 трлн руб. и это не просто совпадение. Все эти деньги находятся под угрозой новой заморозки вкладов.
