500 gm Tepung gandum
11 gm Yis kering
70 gm Gula kastor
2 sb Susu tepung
30 gm Pelembut roti
260 gm Air suam
80 gm Marjerin SERI PELANGI
Sedikit garam
Cara membuat:
Masukan semua bahan kecuali air
Gaul sebati dan masukan air dan uli selama 20 minit
Warnakan doh kepada 5 warna pelangi dan rehatkan setiap doh selama 10 minit.
Buang angin dan bulatkan doh.
Rehatkan doh yang telah dibentuk tadi selama 30 minit.
Bakar pada suhu 220’c 35 - 40 minit
