Nepal floods: 3,000 missing as rescuers race against time
Authorities are urging caution in Nepal's Rasuwa district as poor weather and rising floodwaters hamper the search for more than 3,000 people still unaccounted for. Resident Atma Shrestha described fleeing to higher ground after alerts warned of a second flood wave.In Kathmandu, families search hospitals, morgues and name lists for missing relatives. Al Jazeera's Minelle Fernandez reports the capital's largest morgue is nearly full, with Nepal requesting 1,000 additional freezers from the international community.
