Kuasa Hukum Vina Pertanyakan 2 DPO Ditiadakan Polisi Usai Pegi Jadi Tersangka: Kami Kecewa!
BANDUNG, KOMPAS.TV - Kuasa hukum Vina Cirebon mempertanyakan sikap Polda Jawa Barat yang meniadakan 2 DPO yakni Andi dan Dani usai menetapkan Pegi alias Perong tersangka, pada Minggu (26/5/2024).Menurutnya, peniadaan 2 DPO dalam kasus pembunuhan Vina Cirebon terasa janggal.
Pasalnya, dalam fakta persidangan kasus Vina terdapat dua nama DPO tersebut.
"Ada hal yang membuat kami kecewa adalah kenapa Polda menyatakan dua DPO tersebut itu tidak ada alias fiktif," ujar kuasa hukum Vina, Fitri Maya Rumanti dalam jumpa pers di Bandung, pada Minggu (26/5/2024).
