Seit Mitte 2024 sind die Leitzinsen der EZB deutlich gesunken – auch wenn die jüngste Entscheidung der EZB erst einmal keine weitere Senkung vorsieht. Parallel dazu steigen die Immobilienpreise vielerorts wieder deutlich. Für viele Anleger ist das ein Zeichen, dass die Immobilienmärkte wieder attraktiver werden – auch als Karrierefeld bietet die Branche zahlreiche Möglichkeiten. „Wenn man studieren will, kann man ins klassische Asset Management und Investment. Möglichkeit Nummer zwei ist der Bereich Projektentwicklung bei einem großen Bauträger. Ohne Studium könnte man als Makler oder Immobilienkaufmann oder Property Manager arbeiten. Aber viele Unternehmen spüren noch die Unsicherheiten. Nichtsdestotrotz müssen wir Menschen irgendwo wohnen und ist immer noch ein attraktives Feld", sagt der BWL-Influencer und Mitgründer von pumpkincareers David Döbele.
