Nuovi interrogativi tornano ad alimentare il caso Garlasco. Durante la trasmissione Ignoto X, il medico legale Pasquale Bacco ha commentato la consulenza firmata dall’anatomopatologa Cristina Cattaneo sull’omicidio di Chiara Poggi, sostenendo che l’orario della morte sarebbe compatibile con una finestra compresa tra le 11 e le 11.30 del mattino. Secondo Bacco, alcuni elementi medico-legali e tanatologici andrebbero nella direzione già indicata anni fa dal primo medico legale Marco Ballardini, che aveva collocato il decesso tra le 10.30 e le 12, con una maggiore probabilità proprio tra le 11 e le 11.30. La nuova consulenza della professoressa Cattaneo, depositata nell’ambito della nuova inchiesta della Procura di Pavia, mantiene però una finestra temporale più ampia, tra le 7 e le 12.30 del 13 agosto 2007, pur riconoscendo che alcuni dati potrebbero far propendere verso una fascia più ristretta e tarda della mattinata.
