Il deputato dem, nel corso del suo intervento, cita Gigi Marzullo con una delle celebri frasi con cui il conduttore chiudeva la sua trasmissione 'Sottovoce'. «Ancora una volta siamo qui, come di consueto sempre di notte. Quando un giorno è appena finito e un nuovo giorno è appena cominciato, un giorno in più per amare, per sognare, per vivere», afferma Cuperlo mentre chiede al governo di rivedere i tagli al Fondo del cinema e dell'audiovisivo.
