DK Shivakumar Vs Siddaramaiahकर्नाटक में कुर्सी का नाटक एक बार फिर सुर्खियों में है. वजह है कि उपमुख्यमंत्री डी.के. शिवकुमार के करीबी माने जाने वाले एक मंत्री और कई विधायक हाल ही में दिल्ली पहुंचे थे...माना जा रहा है कि वे दिल्ली में पार्टी हाईकमान से मुलाकात कर मुख्यमंत्री बदलने की मांग करके लौटे हैं...ये पूरा घटनाक्रम उस समय सामने आया है जब मुख्यमंत्री सिद्धारमैया ने अभी हाल ही में अपना ढाई साल का कार्यकाल पूरा किया है...कांग्रेस के भीतर सत्ता संतुलन का ये विवाद नया नहीं है. मई 2023 में चुनाव नतीजों के बाद मुख्यमंत्री पद को लेकर सिद्धारमैया और शिवकुमार के बीच कड़ी खींचतान हुई थी. तब खबरें आई थीं कि ‘बारी-बारी से मुख्यमंत्री' के फार्मूला पर सहमति बनी है, जिसके तहत ढाई साल बाद शिवकुमार को पद संभालना था. हालांकि पार्टी ने कभी इसकी आधिकारिक पुष्टि नहीं की और सिद्धारमैया इस दावे को पहले ही खारिज कर चुके हैं. सिद्धारमैया ने साफ कहा है कि वे 5 साल का कार्यकाल पूरा करेंगे. सिद्धारमैया ने चामराजनगर में एक सभा में संकेत दिया कि उनकी स्थिति मजबूत है और वे आगे भी मुख्यमंत्री बने रहेंगे. हालांकि डीके शिवकुमार से जब इस बाबत सवाल पूछा गया तो उन्होंने कहा कि सभी 140 MLA मंत्री, CM बनने के लायक हैं। वे सब कुछ बन सकते हैं...CM ने कहा है कि वो 5 साल पूरे करेंगे। मैं उन्हें शुभकामनाएं देता हूं। हम सब उनके साथ काम करेंगे.
The power struggle in Karnataka is once again in the headlines. The reason is that a minister and several MLAs considered close to Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar recently visited Delhi. It is believed that they met with the party high command there and returned demanding a change of Chief Minister. This entire incident has come to light at a time when Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has just completed his two-and-a-half-year term. This power balance dispute within the Congress is not new. Following the election results in May 2023, there was a fierce tussle between Siddaramaiah and Shivakumar over the Chief Minister's post. Reports then emerged that a "rotating Chief Minister" formula had been agreed upon, under which Shivakumar would take over after two and a half years. However, the party never officially confirmed this, and Siddaramaiah has already dismissed this claim. Siddaramaiah has clearly stated that he will complete his five-year term. At a rally in Chamarajanagar, Siddaramaiah indicated that his position is strong and he will continue as Chief Minister. However, when DK Shivakumar was asked about this, he said, "All 140 MLAs are capable of becoming ministers and CM. They can become anything... The CM has said he will complete five years. I wish him all the best. We will all work with him."
