Eks Wali Kota Semarang Hevearita Dituntut 6 Tahun Penjara di Kasus Korupsi Pemkot
SEMARANG, KOMPAS.TV - Mantan Wali Kota Semarang, Hevearita Gunaryanti Rahayu, dituntut 6 tahun penjara dalam kasus korupsi di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Semarang.Sidang dengan agenda tuntutan dari jaksa penuntut umum Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi digelar di Pengadilan Tipikor Semarang.
Selain Hevearita Gunaryanti Rahayu, sang suami yang juga menjadi terdakwa, yakni Alwin Basri, juga dituntut selama delapan tahun penjara.
Atas tuntutan tersebut, terdakwa dan penasihat hukumnya akan melakukan pembelaan dalam sidang berikutnya.
