(LaPresse) - Sono stati gli ecoattivisti di Extinction Rebellion a tingere di verde le acque del Canal Grande a Venezia e in altre dieci città italiane. A Venezia era presente anche Greta Thunberg. Con lo slogan «Fermare l’ecocidio», decine di persone, informano gli ecoattivisti, sono scese in piazza in tutta Italia per denunciare le «politiche ecocide» del Governo Italiano e rendere visibili i luoghi in cui queste stanno già producendo danni concreti. In alcune città sono stati infatti tinti di verde i fiumi, come il Po in secca ai Murazzi di Torino, il Reno nel Canale delle Moline a Bologna, la Darsena ai Navigli a Milano, il torrente Parma a Parma e il fiume Tara a Taranto, pesantemente contaminato dall’ex ILVA e adesso minacciato dal nuovo dissalatore. Mentre in altre città si è trattato di acque di mare, come le acque del Canal Grande di Venezia - dove era presenta anche Greta Thunberg - e di Trieste, e dell’antico porto de La Cala a Palermo. In città come Padova e Genova sono state tinte di verde le acque della fontana in Prato della Valle e in Piazza De Ferrari.
