Gli italiani di Fiume non vogliono una città internazionale, ma l’annessione all’Italia.A settembre del 1919, a Ronchi di Monfalcone, sette giovani soldati italiani – Attilio Adami, Vittorio Rusconi, Riccardo Frassetto, Lamberto Ciati, Enrico Brichetti, Claudio Granjaqué e Rodolfo Cianchetti – si riuniscono per tramare una sedizione e giurano fedeltà alla causa di Fiume: “Fiume o morte”.
