Aksi itu berlangsung di sekitar Patung Kuda Arjuna Wijaya, Gambir, Jakarta Pusat, Kamis (21/2/2025).
Ia datang dan naik kendaraan taktis lapis baja barracuda, tepat saat massa aksi berupaya menjebol barrier beton.
Mensesneg mengaku, ditugaskan Presiden Prabowo Subianto untuk menemui massa dari Aliansi Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa Seluruh Indonesia (BEM SI) itu.
"Atas izin dan restu dari Bapak Presiden (Prabowo Subianto), kami hadir mewakili pemerintah untuk berkomunikasi dengan adik-adik semua," katanya.
Di hadapan demonstran, Prasetyo menandatangani map merah yang berisi tuntutan para mahasiswa ke pemerintah.
Saat turun dari mobil komando, tiba-tiba ada massa aksi menghampiri Prasetyo.
Mereka pun saling berpelukan dan saling berbicara satu sama lain.
