Brand in Mehrfamilienhau in Mannheim: Drei Personen per Drehleiter gerettet
Mannheim: Am Montag gegen 12:30 Uhr kam es in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in der Karlsruher Straße zu einem Brand. Die Feuerwehr Mannheim brachte das Feuer zügig unter Kontrolle und löschte den Brand anschließend vollständig. Aufgrund der starken Rauchentwicklung mussten 16 Personen aus dem Gebäude evakuiert werden. Drei Personen wurden zudem mit der Drehleiter aus ihren Wohnungen gerettet. Eine weitere Person wurde mit dem Verdacht auf eine Rauchgasvergiftung zur Untersuchung ins Krankenhaus gebracht. Nach ersten Erkenntnissen brach das Feuer im Erdgeschoss aus. Das Gebäude ist derzeit unbewohnbar. Angaben zur Höhe des Sachschadens und zur Brandursache liegen aktuell noch nicht vor.Der Polizeiposten Mannheim-Rheinau hat die Ermittlungen aufgenommen.
