Hal tersebut terjadi usai polisi rilis nama dan ciri-ciri daftar pencarian orang (DPO) pada kasus pembunuhan Vina Cirebon.
Akhirnya banyak netizen yang berspekulasi bahwa Hegi Rian Prayoga merupakan salah satu pelaku DPO.
Saat dikonfirmasi pada Senin (3/6) Egi membantah terlibat kasus Vina.
Atas viralnya foto itu, Egi banyak mendapat ancaman di media sosial baik kepada dirinya maupun keluarga.
"Ancaman dari netizen, diancam sampai mau dibunuh. Sampai adik saya juga mendapat ancaman akan diperkosa dan dibunuh," jelas pemuda asal Desa Kepongpongan, Kecamatan Talun, Kabupaten Cirebon ini.
Egi juga mengungkapkan, bahwa akibat viralnya foto tersebut, dia sempat didatangi oleh polisi dari Polda Jabar dan Polres Cirebon Kota tiga hari setelah foto-foto tersebut viral.
