Irán rechaza las acusaciones de EE. UU. de estar involucrado en el ataque a un oleoducto saudí
Este lunes, Teherán ha negado tajantemente las acusaciones de Washington sobre su supuesta implicación en un ataque contra el oleoducto Este-Oeste en Arabia Saudí. El portavoz de la Cancillería iraní, Esmail Baqaei, calificó de completamente falsa esta afirmación, y acusó a EE. UU. de difundir este tipo de aseveraciones para profundizar las divisiones entre los países de la región y complicar aún más la situación. El diplomático iraní ha exigido también a la parte estadounidense que ponga fin a lo que describe como una injerencia ilegal en Irán, así como a las sanciones y a la guerra económica contra su país. Advierte además de que, si Washington continúa con acciones que, según Teherán, vulneran el derecho internacional, incluido un bloqueo marítimo, su Gobierno adoptará todas las medidas necesarias para responder.
