Der Börsengang von SpaceX steht morgen an der Nasdaq vor der Tür. Für Anleger wird es schwierig, gleich zum Börsengang etwas vom Kuchen abzubekommen. Zudem gehen oft auch nicht alle interessanten Unternehmen an die Börse. „Es ist relativ schwierig. Gerade SpaceX setzt sehr auf institutionelle Investoren. Indirekt wirst du zwar früher oder später auch über deine passiven Investments wie ETFs investiert sein, aber immer mehr Privatanleger setzen auch auf vorbörsliche Investitionen - also auf Private Equity", sagt Robin Binder. Der Geschäftsführer von NAO Co-Investment weiter: „Wenn du dir Unternehmen mit über 100 Millionen Jahresumsatz anschaust, siehst du, dass über 90 Prozent dieser Unternehmen gar nicht an der Börse sind. Die ganzen Mittelständler - auch riesengroße Konzerne - sind gar nicht an der Börse. Ein typischer Anleger hat seine ETFs, Einzelkaktien und noch eine Anlage zusätzlich und möchte dann noch breiter diversifizieren.
