Kapolsek Batang Anai, membenarkan adanya penemuan mayat mengapung lokasi tersebut.
Kapolsek Batang Anai, Iptu Wadriadi, mengatakan mayat tersebut ditemukan oleh nelayan yang hendak pergi ke lait sekitar pukul 10.27 WIB.
âMayat tersebut ditemukan dalam kondisi mengapung di dekat sejumlah kapal nelayan yang sedang bersandar,â ujarnya.
Kali pertama melihatnya, nelayan tersebut melihat seperti boneka sedang mengapung, namun saat didekati ternyata jenazah manusia.
Melihat itu, warga langsung melapor ke pihak kepolisian, untuk melakukan evakusasi dan identifikasi.
âSaat sampai di lokasi, kondisi mayat itu mengapung. Kondisinya tanpa tangan, kaki, kepala dan kelamin,â ujarnya.
Kondisi terkini, mayat tersebut sudah dievakuasi bersama BPBD ke RS Bhayangkara untuk proses identifikasi.
