Emotional tantra — группы по zoom, где 30 человек исследуют себя через контакт с собой и другими.Сейчас мы готовим к запуску 2 группы. В анкете можно будет выбрать ту, которая больше всего откликается или несколько.
Эти группы будут более экспериментальными. Это значит, что мы в процессе будем пробовать больше разных механик, будет больше пространства для co-creation. Но при этом все базовые механики останутся.
Группа: как идти в новое, когда страшно? Как следовать своим амбициями, достижениям, рисковать, оставаясь в контакте с эмоциями? Как эмоции могут нам тут помогать?
