La questione sui vaccini "anti-Covid" pone le sue radici su una divergenza burocratica ormai riconosciuta: l'effettiva efficacia nel prevenire il virus. Era stata l'associazione Arbitrium PSG a chiedere ad AIFA se esistesse un vaccino capace di impedire la trasmissione del Covid, ricevendo questa risposta: "Nessun vaccino Covid-19 approvato presenta l’indicazione 'prevenzione della trasmissione dell’infezione dall’agente Sars CoV-2'". Secondo l'avv. Sandri ciò costituisce una discrepanza con le leggi dell'era Covid. Il suo intervento in diretta.
