Welcome to another episode of my Oceania Series as I continue my journey to visit every country in the world.In this episode, I leave Australia and travel to Papua New Guinea, one of the most fascinating and often misunderstood countries in the world.
I arrive in Port Moresby, the capital of Papua New Guinea, a city that is often described as one of the more dangerous capitals in the world because of its high levels of violent crime. Knowing this, I had no idea what I was going to experience once I stepped outside.
I started exploring Port Moresby, walking through different parts of the city and visiting local places. What surprised me the most was how kind and helpful many of the people I met were.
But things got a little complicated when I was stopped by the police. They thought I was a journalist, and suddenly I found myself having to explain what I was doing in the country.
From exploring the streets to meeting locals and dealing with the unexpected problems along the way, this video shows the reality of my journey through Port Moresby.
