(LaPresse) Carmelo Cinturrino «picchiava, se non gli davi i soldi ti dava le martellate, se gli davi i soldi ti lasciava stare». Così uno dei testimoni ascoltati venerdì dal gip Domenico Santoro nell'ambito dell'inchiesta per l'omicidio di Abderrahim Mansouri, parlando con i giornalisti prima di entrare in aula in Tribunale a Milano. Il tossicodipendente, frequentatore del boschetto della droga di Rogoredo, è uno degli otto testimoni indicati dal pubblico ministero Giovanni Tarzia nella richiesta di incidente probatorio sull'assistente capo e altri 6 agenti del Commissariato Mecenate di Milano indagati a vario titolo per cessioni di droga, concussione, percosse, rapina, falso, calunnia ed estorsione nei confronti di pusher e consumatori di droga. È lui uno dei due testi che ha riferito di aver sentito dire al 41enne, che da febbraio si trova in carcere a San Vittore con l'accusa di omicidio volontario aggravato, la frase «Digli a Zack che lo ammazzo» con riferimento al soprannome «Zack» dello spacciatore marocchino ucciso il 26 gennaio in via Impastato a Milano. «Non so», ha risposto a chi gli domava perché Cinturrino avesse proferito quelle parole. «Quello voleva solo i soldi e basta».
