ولادیمیر پوتین، رئیس‌جمهور روسیه، از متحدان اصلی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، گفته که تهران از مسکو هنوز درخواست کمک نکرده. آیا خواهد کرد؟ چه نوع کمکی؟ و چقدر می تواند امید به حمایت روسیه داشته باشد؟ از همسایگان ایران چه انتظاری می‌رود؟
