PLO | Kỳ tích quá trình cứu sống bệnh nhân có tiên lượng xấu vụ đầu độc bằng xyanua ở Đồng NaiTrường hợp ngộ độc Xyanua tại Đồng Nai: Nam thanh niên 18 tuổi từ huyện Nhơn Trạch, Đồng Nai, nhập viện với triệu chứng nghiêm trọng như hôn mê, mất tri giác và rối loạn nhịp tim. Bác sĩ ban đầu nghi ngờ bệnh lý tim mạch nhưng sau khi xác định các dấu hiệu không phù hợp, họ chẩn đoán nhiễm độc Xyanua, một chất độc gây ức chế hô hấp tế bào và có nguy cơ tử vong cao. Bệnh viện quyết định áp dụng lọc máu hấp phụ để loại bỏ chất độc, giúp bệnh nhân cải thiện đáng kể sau 12 giờ điều trị.
Sau hai tuần, bệnh nhân tỉnh táo, nhưng vẫn cần hỗ trợ đi lại do tổn thương vỏ não. Đây là trường hợp đầu tiên ghi nhận tại Bệnh viện Lê Văn Thịnh, và gia đình bệnh nhân đã báo công an sau khi nghi ngờ có liên quan đến năm người thân trong gia đình đã qua đời với các triệu chứng tương tự.
Cùng ngày, công an đã bắt giữ một nghi phạm và đang tiến hành điều tra chi tiết vụ việc.
