Dalam video klarifikasi tersebut, mereka mengaku sangat menyesali perbuatannya yang menghina anak-anak Palestina.
"Saya di sini untuk meminta maaf kepada seluruh masyarakat atas tindakan tidak terpuji yang saya lakukan. Saya benar-benar tidak berniat untuk menghina, apalagi melecehkan suatu pihak tertentu," ungkap salah satu siswi
Mereka berjanji tidak akan mengulangi perbuatan serupa.
Sementara, siswi lainnya mengakui bahwa perilaku mereka kelewat batas dan menyakiti banyak pihak.
Adapun kelima siswi dari empat sekolah berbeda ini dijatuhi sanksi wajib lapor ke guru bimbingan konseling (BK) sekolah masing-masing selama satu minggu.
Selain wajib lapor ke sekolah, Disdik DKI Jakarta juga bakal melakukan pembinaan ke seluruh sekolah yang siswinya terlibat dalam perkara ini, juga kepada orangtua kelima siswi.
