好的關係也會帶來改變。只是那份改變不會讓你愈來愈緊張，反而會讓你更有力量照顧自己的生活，願意面對問題，也更靠近自己想成為的人。
電影《愛在心裡口難開》有一句很經典的告白：「妳讓我想成為一個更好的人。」
我很喜歡這句話。因為真正滋養人的感情，不只讓我們感覺被愛，也讓彼此在關係裡看見自己的可能性。
這次的內容，我想陪大家一起思考三個問題：跟他在一起時，我更喜歡自己嗎？我的改變是出於愛，還是害怕失去？這份成長，是兩個人的雙向奔赴嗎？
