Awalnya Presiden Prabowo mengatakan bahwa Indonesia merupakan negara yang kaya. Namun, Indonesia masih memiliki banyak kekurangan terutama dalam hal mental yang dimiliki para elite dan pejabat.
Mental elit dan pejabat tersebut tampak dari masih adanya korupsi di Indonesia. Kasus korupsi tersebut justru terjadi di pemerintahan.
Oleh karena itu Presiden mengimbau dan mengajak para pejabat untuk bekerja dengan jujur dan baik sesuai dengan nilai nilai Pancasila pasalnya para pejabat duduk di kursi kekuasaan merupakan amanah dari rakyat.
Presiden menegaskan bahwa Pancasila bukan hanya slogan, melainkan juga pedoman yang nilai-nilainya harus dterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari hari.
