Acting on a tip-off, the police raided the area and recovered 100 bombs from behind the residence of a Trinamool worker. The Election Commission has ordered an inquiry into the matter, and the investigation into the incidents involving the discovery of bombs prior to the elections has been handed over to the NIA.
