안녕하세요 애정입니다😊오늘은 제철 무화과에 달달한 누텔라 초코잼과
스키피 땅콩잼을 넣어서 간단한 디저트를 만들어 먹어봤어요!
사실 무화과 자체가 은은하게 달고 향이 부드러운 과일이라
초코나 땅콩잼처럼 맛이 진한 잼을 넣으면
무화과 맛이 묻히지 않을까 싶었는데
생각보다 조합이 너무 잘 어울려서 먹으면서 조금 놀랐어요!
잘 익은 무화과는 한입 베어 물면 과육이
촉촉하고 부드러우면서 씨가 톡톡 씹히는 식감이 있잖아요!
여기에 꾸덕하고 진한 초코잼이 들어가니까
촉촉한 무화과 사이사이에 초콜릿의 달콤함이
꽉 차면서 정말 디저트다운 맛이 나더라구요!
땅콩잼의 짭조름하면서 고소한 맛+무화가의 달콤함!
단짠단짠 조합이 역시 계속 손이 가는 맛!
무화과의 말캉하고 촉촉한 식감에
잼의 꾸덕함이 더해지니까 식감도 정말 좋았어요
재료도 별거 없고 만드는 방법도 너무 간단해서
무화과 좋아하시는 분들은 집에 있는 초코잼이나
땅콩잼으로 한 번 만들어보셔도 좋을 것 같아요!
