Emanuele Fiano interviene nel dibattito sul disegno di legge contro l’antisemitismo, precisando che il provvedimento avrebbe una funzione preventiva e non introdurrebbe nuovi reati o sanzioni, in quanto riguarderebbe principalmente iniziative da adottare nelle scuole e nelle università. L’ex parlamentare del Partito Democratico ricorda inoltre che la definizione di antisemitismo, richiamata dalla proposta, è già stata adottata dal Parlamento europeo nel 2017 e inserita nelle strategie dei governi Conte II e Draghi.
