RIMI: ¿Cómo informar la puesta en marcha de un proyecto?
En este tutorial te mostramos cómo informar la puesta en marcha de una inversión productiva en el marco del Régimen de Incentivo para Medianas Inversiones (RIMI), a través del Sistema de Gestión de Inversiones (SGI) de ARCA.ℹ️ La puesta en marcha es el momento en que un bien o una obra comienza a estar afectado a la generación de ganancias gravadas. Esta información es importante para la gestión de los beneficios fiscales del régimen.
📌 Tené en cuenta estos aspectos:
🔹 La puesta en marcha puede ser total o parcial y se informa por cada inversión productiva.
🔹 Una vez registrada la fecha de puesta en marcha, es posible vincular los comprobantes correspondientes a esa inversión.
🔹 La información registrada permite determinar el valor de las inversiones productivas y verificar el cumplimiento de los montos mínimos exigidos, cuando corresponda.
✔️ El RIMI contempla beneficios como la amortización acelerada en el Impuesto a las Ganancias y la devolución de créditos fiscales del IVA, sujetos al cumplimiento de los requisitos del régimen.
