(LaPresse) È uscito a piedi dal passo carraio sul retro del carcere di San Vittore, alle 16:30, Youssef Siher, il giornalista freelance e attivista pro-Pal di 30 anni indagato come amministratore del canale social "Movimento 17 ottobre". Non ha rilasciato dichiarazioni ai numerosi giornalisti presenti. Ad attenderlo c'era un gruppo di attivisti, tra cui il presidente dei Palestinesi in Italia, Khader Tamimi. Alcuni di loro hanno bloccato in modo sbrigativo diversi cronisti. La scarcerazione è arrivata dopo la decisione del gip di Milano Tiziana Landoni, che oggi non ha convalidato il fermo e ha respinto la richiesta di custodia cautelare in carcere avanzata dalla pm Francesca Crupi. Per il giudice non ci sono, allo stato, gravi indizi di colpevolezza né un concreto pericolo di fuga. Siher era stato fermato nella notte di sabato con le accuse di istigazione a delinquere aggravata dalla finalità di terrorismo e di violenza organizzata nelle manifestazioni pubbliche.
