오늘은 귀여운 미니 랍스터 3마리를 먹어봤어요🦞

크기는 작아도 맛은 정말 제대로더라고요!
처음에는 미니 랍스터라서 살이 얼마나 들어있을까 싶었는데
생각보다 꼬리 쪽에 살이 꽉 차 있어서 발라먹는 재미도 굿!

특히 오늘은 꼬리 하나를 따로 회로 먹어봤는데요!
이게 정말 생각했던 것보다 훨씬 맛있었어요

살 자체가 굉장히 단단하면서도
탱글탱글한 식감이 살아 있었고
씹을수록 은은하게 달큰한 맛이 올라오더라구요!
개인적으로 탱글탱글하고 단단한 식감을 좋아하는 편이라
꼬리회가 정말 제 취향이었습니다

익힌 살은 조금 더 부드럽고 촉촉하면서 쫀득하고
씹을수록 은근하게 단맛이 올라와서
역시 갑각류는 참 맛있다는 생각이 들었어요

그리고 제가 해산물 먹을 때
절대 빼놓을 수 없는 게 바로 내장이잖아요❤️
고소하면서도 진한 감칠맛이 느껴지고
살이랑 같이 먹으니까 담백한 랍스터 살에 내장의
녹진한 맛이 더해져서 너무 행복했답니다
오늘도 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다 😊
