Wakil Direktur Pelayanan RSUD dr. Slamet Garut, Zaini mengatakan, kelima korban masih dalam kondisi membaik.
26 orang pingsan dan tiga orang meninggal dunia dalam rangkaian pesta pernikahan putra sulung Gubernur Jawa Barat Dedi Mulyadi, Maula Akbar dengan Wakil Bupati Garut Luthfianisa Putri Karlina yang digelar di alun-alun Pendopo Bupati Kabupaten Garut, Jumat (18/7/2025).
Korban tewas diduga karena berdesakan di pintu masuk pendopo Kabupaten Garut untuk mengambil makanan gratis di acara pernikahan tersebut.
Tiga orang meninggal dunia, satu di antaranya merupakan anggota kepolisian Polres Garut atas nama Bripka Cecep Saeful Bahri, 39 tahun.
Kemudian Vania Aprilia 8 tahun, Warga Kelurahan Sukamentri, Kecamatan Garut Kota, Kabupaten Garut, Jawa Barat.
Lalu Dewi Jubaedah 61 Tahun, Ber-ktp Jakarta Utara yang sudah pindah ke Garut sejak 2020 lalu.
Saat ini RSUD dr. Slamet Garut masih merawat lima korban insiden makan gratis di acara pernikahan anak Dedi Mulyadi.
Wakil Direktur Pelayanan RSUD dr. Slamet Garut, Zaini mengatakan, kelima korban masih dalam kondisi membaik.
Zaini menjelaskan, pihak RSUD dr. Slamet masih melakukan perawatan lanjutan kepada lima pasien yang masih dalam tahap pemulihan.
