JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Penasihat Ahli Kapolri, Aryanto Sutadi mengatakan Roy Suryo Cs bisa jadi tersangka apabila bukti-bukti cukup.

Di sisi lain, Aryanto menyebut ada kelambatan Polda Metro Jaya untuk mengurus kasus Roy Suryo. Penyelidikan disebut telah dilakukan sejak 3 bulan yang lalu. Secara teoritis, menurut hitungan Aryanto penyelidikan 1 bulan, penyelidikannya tambah 1 bulan. Maka mestinya sudah penahanan.

"Artinya dari informasi yang kemudian Pak Aryanto dapatkan, apakah bisa dikatakan bahwa dalam waktu dekat Roy Suryo CS ini akan ditersangkakan?," tanya jurnalis KompasTV Dipo Nurbahagia.

"Kalau saya, hitungan saya mestinya ditersangkakan, karena dulu saya lihat bukti-buktinya sudah cukup banyak, sudah lengkap, banyak sekali," ujar Aryanto.
