BIS发出最严厉警告：AI泡沫破裂的后果
BIS被称为"各国央行的央行"，风格以保守克制著称。但它在2026年度报告中发出严厉警告——本轮AI热潮可能导致全球金融崩溃。第一章讲泡沫本身：五大云厂商两年砸一万亿美元，规模超过运河、铁路、电气化、互联网任何一次投资狂潮。更关键的是，芯片商投钱给AI实验室，AI实验室承诺拿钱买芯片，钱转一圈变成"收入"再支撑更高估值——这套循环融资本质上是个庞氏骗局。
第二章才是重点：泡沫破裂后如何传导。过去五年，对冲基金取代外国央行成了主权债最大买家，靠基差套利加杠杆。当前70%的美元双边回购以零折扣率成交，杠杆理论上没上限。一旦冲击触发去杠杆，国债市场会瞬间火灾抛售，政府财政空间直接归零。2025年4月川普惠关税那次只是彩排，美联储已经"随时在旁待命"。再加上私募信贷和银行关联两个放大器，全球经济对AI的三重依赖一旦反向运转，就是连锁崩塌。
最后我想谈一个问题：把反复发生的金融灾难当"规律"接受，这是对思考的逃避。BIS自己已经开出药方——同样风险就应受同样监管。泡沫不是宿命，是政治选择。
